Order Tracking

Follow these simple steps to check your order status through our chat support.

Click the Chat Button

Look for the chat icon at the bottom-right corner of any page on our website. Click it to open the chat window.

Click "Track my order"

In the chat window, you will see an "Instant answers" section. Click on the "Track my order" button.

Click "Enter order information"

After clicking "Track my order", the chat will show an input field. Click on "Enter order information" to proceed to the order details form.

Click to open the order form

Fill in Order Details and Submit

Enter your order number and email address in the form. Then click the "Track my order" button to submit and view your shipping status.

Use the same email from your order
